Postage Rates

At checkout, the buyer will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on package weight and dimensions, and on the buyer's location. Total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of buyer's order.

Shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-2 business days to process). There may be no deliveries available on the weekend or public holidays.

Delivery Time

West Malaysia - Most packages arrive within 1 - 3 business days. *

East Malaysia - Most packages arrive within 3 - 14 business days. *

* Not a guaranteed service to arrive on a certain date.

It may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the shipping information is accurate. East Malaysia will take more days for delivery compared to West Malaysia.

Proof of Delivery

All shipments will require an authorized signature at the time of delivery. Courier Services will not be able to release the shipment without a valid signature even if you have a signature release on file. This is to ensure that you will receive your order safely. If shipping to a residential address, please ensure that there will be someone at home to sign for the package (where an adult signature will be needed).

We will not be responsible for any losses once the parcel is at your doorstep without attendance.
